Whatever happens, I didn't want this to wait until after the closing.

Pat and I will never be able to begin to repay you for the extraordinary effort you've put into getting our home sold and closed. I'm sure you could have sold several other homes (and made a lot more money)during the time you spent sorting out all the many problems that came up with our house.

Dear Dave:

Just a note to say thanks again for the Job you did in marketing our house in Albuquerque. I believe I netted at least $5000 more and possibly as much as $10,000 more by having you handle the transaction instead of one of the other two large real estate firms I contacted prior to choosing your firm to handle the sale.

What I appreciated most was dealing with someone who was very familiar with marketing homes in the Bear Canyon area and who always acted truly as my agent representing my best interests. I also appreciated your attention to detail in such matters as expediting receipt of the proceeds from the title company price to my departure -from Albuquerque.

As of this date I have not received the refund from the final water bill escrow ($100) with Albuquerque Title Co, Inc. Please contact them an this matter and also thank Julie Gibertini, who was busy when I picked up my check, for her efforts in expediting closing.
